I can’t stop time, but I can freeze the moment

Saw this at Plaza Singapura and thought it was really nice.

Couple of days ago, I bumped into an ex-colleague and he commented that this looks like a stock photo site. Honestly, I am not sure if it is a compliment or something bad.

Anyway, this is afterall a day in my life, and this is how and what I see and shoot… so Thank you to everyone who had dropped by and still continue to do so… there must be some reasons why you are here…

For 2 consecutive weeks, my Saturday LSD came to an abrupt end. This time at 12km, thanks to the diligent road sweeper who practically removed my entire water point.

Luckily, the weather was kind on Sunday, which I gratefully make up for the lost mileage.

Gosh! What was supposed to be the longest LSD before tapering, ended up as a mere 10km.
At the 5km mark, I could felt the PF and ITB threatening to flare up. By the 9km mark, I knew I had to stop the run prematurely to risk any injuries 4 weeks before SCSM….
